In September we hold a soapbox derby and bike parade on the hill on Main St, between Joe Morgan Rd and State St. The event kicks off with the bike parade which involves the children riding their decorated bikes down Main St and back to the starting line. Prizes are awarded for the best decorated bike. Immediately following the bike parade, the soapbox derby begins. Derby cars are provided and children compete two cars at a time.
